Safe Travel Stamp Awarded to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Many businesses in Mexico are starting to reopen after being closed temporarily due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Residents and visitors will be safe to travel because of new health measures that have been added to business protocols. The beaches, resorts, and the landmarks had to close to help slow the virus from spreading, and cases declined. Now, businesses can now open again and updated health and safety standards have been established to keep employees and visitors safe. The World Tourism Organization along with more than two hundred travel companies came together to establish the Safe Travel Stamp, which will help visitors choose where they can stay safely on vacation. The Safe Travel Stamp recognizes that vacations in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco are safe. The neighboring state of Riviera Nayarit has also been recognized as safe for vacations.
Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
Jalisco is known for its tequila and mariachi, and it also has a very rich culture that brings many tourists here. When you are visiting the local businesses, you should continue to make wise decisions. You should continue to wash your hands regularly, wear masks in public places, and avoid any places or spaces that are crowded.
